Recently, Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan got upset with Tata Teleservices and tweeted that how bad their service is. Soni Razdan told that she has been facing problems due to Tata’s connection for a long time and she has also complained about it.

Soni Razdan has tagged Tata Teleservices and tweeted. Soni wrote in the tweet – Tata’s landline service has gone into the gutter. He tweeted about the problem caused by the Tata service – Our home phone was not working from 1st to 24th May. No one picks up your phone, it’s hard to complain. We finally mailed on May 10th. Despite this you have charged me for a whole month, I want to get rid of this problem.

In another tweet by Soni Razdan, Sony gave evidence of requests made to the company to terminate its subscription. He has shared screenshots of e-mails sent to him by the company stating that his payment is due. Soni has shared a screenshot of the email that he and his team sent to Tata Tele. In this mail, he was requested to cancel the landline connection from the Tata company, as he was being forced to pay for it despite the telephone not working. Sony has said at the end of a mail – Sorry, but I do not want to use any of your services after this bad behavior.
