In their order dated September 6, Justice Sunit Kumar and Justice Syed Vaiz Mian had said that it is clear that the police personnel in Mathura district filed a fake case against the family, which was also taken up by the National Human Rights Commission, the notice commission and the SC commission. was. Let us inform that in the petition filed in the court, there was a demand to quash all the FIRs. A case of kidnapping and kidnapping was registered on March 24 this year. Also, a demand was made to get the matter investigated by the CBI.

According to the petition, Prem Singh and other petitioners tried to kill Puneet Kumar on October 4, 2013. In this case, Puneet’s mother Maya Devi had filed a case. It is alleged in the petition that instead of registering an FIR, the police registered a case against Puneet’s brother Sumit. After this Maya Devi moved the court. After which an FIR was registered at Mathuyar Highway Police Station on the orders of the court. The petitioner has claimed that the police along with the accused registered a case against us.
