Makhanlal Nirmalkar, a resident of village Churia, told the Chief Minister that both his children are suffering from Haemophilia disease, due to which blood does not clot. Even if there is a slight injury, blood oozes out. They get injections of 16-16 thousand rupees. These children were operated upon in Bangalore two years ago. Even after many treatments, he is not getting better. The Chief Minister directed the Collector to start the treatment immediately and provide all possible help.
