Jaipur, 12 September.
Now the arbitrariness of the builders will not work in the Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana. Taking a big decision in the interest of the common man, the Rajasthan government has abolished two big provisions. Also a new provision has been added to the scheme. The government has fixed the maximum sale rate of 1850 per square feet for the houses built in the scheme. Instead of G+3 (four floors) on the plot, now only G+2 ie three floors can be constructed.

Right now these houses are being sold at the rate of 2 thousand to 2800 sq. ft. The government has made a big change in the plan on the apprehension of increasing the rate of flats by reducing the height of the building. By abolishing the two old provisions, the government has issued a notification of change. If a scheme is in a good or prime location, then the price of the houses of that scheme can be kept more than the prescribed. But, the developer will have to maintain the scheme for the next one year after completing all the development work. After this period, it will be the responsibility of the Resident Welfare Association.

Let us inform that in every city of Rajasthan, flats are being constructed under the Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana. In the past, flats have already been allotted through lottery system. In such a situation, along with the formation of flats, money is being taken in the form of installments from those who want to get houses. The government has given relief to all the installment needy people by changing the provisions of the rules.
