That is, till June 30, you can link PAN with Aadhaar with a fine of up to Rs 500.

Will have to pay more fine from July 1
According to the notification issued by the CBDT, the amount of fine will be increased from July 1. That is, if you link your PAN card with Aadhaar after June 30, then you will have to pay a fine of Rs 1000 instead of Rs 500. On the other hand, those who do not link their PAN card with Aadhaar by March 31, 2023, their PAN card will be deactivated forever.
