BJP made this mega plan for 182 seats in Gujarat, responsibility given to same number of leaders

Responsibility of all the seats of Gujarat handed over to 182 leaders

Gujarat has a total of 182 assembly seats and the BJP has decided to field an equal number of leaders to reach out to the grassroots workers and supporters. All the party’s MPs and former MPs, MLAs and former MLAs have also been included in these 182 leaders. Assembly elections in Gujarat are due later this year, but the party has been in election mode for the past several months. It was only after the assembly elections of five states that were held in February-March that Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself had brought more heat in the state by conducting road shows.

According to the information, each of the 182 leaders to whom the BJP has entrusted this responsibility have to travel for three days in one assembly constituency. During this, these leaders will interact with senior party workers, social workers, elderly leaders and other workers in the area. The state leadership of the party feels that if the target of winning more than 150 seats is to be achieved, then the time has come to make the grassroot workers, well wishers and old workers more active. According to a report published in the English newspaper Economic Times, a senior party leader has said that if any worker is dissatisfied or not active, then any problem can be resolved through face-to-face talks with the leaders.

Areas have been started by the party leaders and during this time the pending works will be discussed and it will also be seen that which works have to be given priority. BJP strategists feel that if the workers feel that the leaders of the state are fair, then they will openly express their views in front of them, which will make it easier for the party to understand the situation on the ground. In this episode, the party’s Rajya Sabha MP from Mehsana, Jugalsingh Lokhandwala has visited Anjar assembly constituency of Kutch district. During this, he has also met the members of Agriculture Produce Cooperative Market, leaders of various societies and other local leaders. According to the information, only two local leaders were present to assist him.

Lokhandwala has told that when he goes to the workers’ place, he also eats food and has tea and snacks at their homes. Not only this, if they do not have any problem, then they also take night rest at their house. This ends the distance and strengthens the mutual relationship. This personal concern proves to be helpful for the party in the long run. This characteristic is found in the people associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Recently, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Shimla, he had mentioned an ordinary party worker who used to meet him there in the 90s. Later, the wife of the local leader told how Modi ji had taught her to make khichdi over the phone, which she still makes in the same way.
