In the search operation, the police have found a large quantity of explosives. Which the slain Naxalites had hidden even inside the ground. Cooker bombs and IED explosives were also found in the search, which were carefully defused.

After that again on Tuesday afternoon, the deceased Naxalites Rame, Nagesh and Manoj became PM in the district hospital. According to Balaghat SP Sameer Saurabh, the family was informed after the Naxalites were killed in the encounter and then identified. The bodies were handed over to the relatives after the legal process and post-mortem. All the information related to the encounter has also been provided to the police of the states to which the slain Naxalites belonged.

In the intervening night of Sunday-Monday, when information about the movement of more than one and a half dozen Naxalites was received, the top police officers had made a plan and raided the forest. Seeing the 35 jawans of the Police Hawk Force, the rest of the Naxalites fled and the rewarded Naxalites named Rame, Nagesh, Manoj were surrounded by the police. All three of them also attacked the escape police party but in retaliatory action, they could not succeed in escaping. As a result, all three were killed in a police encounter.

Although the state government is on full alert mode regarding Naxalism, Minister Narottam Mishra has also said that the plans of Naxalites will not be allowed to succeed in the state.
