Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel fulfilled his 5-year-old promise by reaching Belgaum in Dongargarh assembly constituency today. The Chief Minister reminded the villagers about this during the meeting in Belagavi today. The CM interacted with the villagers through Jan Chaupal.
