Delhi: Fire breaks out in electric motor parking lot of Jamia Nagar, damage to 93 vehicles

New Delhi, June 8A major accident took place in the capital on Wednesday, where a massive fire broke out in the electric motor parking of Jamia Nagar. The fire brigade team arrived in a hurry and brought the fire under control. No casualty was reported in the incident, but a large number of vehicles were damaged. A team of Delhi Police is trying to find out the cause of the accident.

According to the information, an electric motor parking has been built in Jamia Nagar, where e-rickshaws are charged. Smoke was seen coming out from there on Wednesday morning, by the time people could understand something, a huge fire had broken out. As soon as the news of the incident was received, 11 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and brought the fire under control. According to the Delhi Fire Brigade Service, 10 cars, 1 motorcycle, 2 scooties, 30 new e-rickshaws and 50 old e-rickshaws have been damaged in this incident. It is a matter of relief that no one was injured in the incident.

On the other hand, there was a late night in the office of the Ministry of Home Affairs. According to the information, smoke was seen coming out of the first floor at 12.18 pm, after which 7 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. The fire was brought under control after half an hour of effort. According to eyewitnesses, the fire started in room number 82 A and B, which is the office of the telephone exchange. The team of Delhi Police is trying to find out the cause of the accident by registering a case.
