After the construction of this elevated corridor of 4.8 km length, there will be a huge reduction in the traffic on Najafgarh road and people will not have to face long traffic jams.

After the construction of the elevated corridor, vehicles plying on Phirni Road, Kapashera Road, Dhasa Road, Bahadurgarh Road and Nangloi Road will be able to use this elevated road and they will get rid of long traffic jams. Najafgarh-Phirni Road, which is one of the main routes for people commuting between Delhi and Haryana and gets heavily jammed during peak hours, an elevated corridor has been constructed here to make it jam-free. Will go. After the completion of this new elevated corridor, vehicles will not have to enter Najafgarh to go from Delhi to Haryana- Haryana to Delhi. They will be able to save more time by using the elevated corridor.

PWD Minister Manish Sisodia said that currently vehicles coming from Haryana to Delhi and vehicles going from Delhi to Haryana have to come from inside Najafgarh, due to which there is heavy load of vehicles on the existing road here and people have to face long traffic. have to do. He said that the Delhi government is going to get an elevated corridor constructed here to relieve people from traffic. Due to this, the traffic here will be smooth and lakhs of vehicles passing through here daily will get freedom from traffic jam.

Features of elevated road-

,The total length of the elevated road will be 4.8 km.
There will be a total of 7 up-down ramps to go to the elevated road with one-way carriageway.
The total length of the ramp will be 1.68 km.
-Vehicles coming towards Najafgarh from Phirni Road, Kapashera Road, Dhasa Road, Bahadurgarh Road and Nangloi Road and vehicles moving between Delhi-Haryana will be able to move without going to Najafgarh and they will get relief from traffic.
After the construction of elevated road, people of more than 200 other colonies including Najafgarh, Prem Nagar, New Gopal Nagar, Gopal Nagar Extension, Lokesh Park will get relief from traffic.
This project will prove to be a boon for all the people traveling from Najafgarh to Bahadurgarh or Jhajjar or other parts of the surrounding states. This 4.8 km of radial elevated corridor will be another milestone which will help in decongesting Najafgarh city. Apart from this, it will help in halving the commuting time of passengers between Delhi and Haryana.
