Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has directed all the departments to work on a comprehensive scale by making progressive plans in various developmental areas so that effective steps can be taken towards leading, modern, self-reliant and fully developed Haryana by the year 2047.

Shri Khattar was presiding over the Learnings from the Second National CS Conference here today. In this, Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala, Home Minister Anil Vij, Transport Minister Moolchand Sharma, Agriculture Minister Jai Prakash Dalal, Local Urban Bodies Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta, Development and Panchayat Minister Devendra Singh, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Omprakash Yadav, Women and Child Development Minister Kamlesh Dhanda, Labor Minister Anoop Dhanak, Printing and Stationery Minister Sandeep Singh were also present.

He said that every department should prepare such plans and review them every month and implement them right up to the surface level so that every person can get full benefit from them. He said that a portal should be made for the treatment of all types of diseases of the citizens of the state and it should be linked with the family identity card. Apart from this, linking with financial schemes like Mudra, Standup etc. should be linked to the Mukhyamantri Parivar Antyodaya Utthan Yojana to give loans to poor youth.

The Chief Minister said that the Department of Environment and Climate Change and Commerce and Industry should develop clusters at the block level and focus on creating employment opportunities. Prepare a plan to develop textile parks and increase infrastructure in them. Apart from this, the electronic manufacturing cluster will be promoted in the state. He said that the central government has considered the auto appeal system and grievance redressal system of the state government better. Even before this, many schemes of the government have been appreciated.

Khattar said that one block one product scheme has been approved in 45 blocks of the state. Under the Padma scheme, 10,000 industries are being set up in 143 blocks. A roadmap is being prepared for organic management of wet and dry waste in the state, under which processing units will be set up after separating the waste. Three Bio CNG plants are being set up at Panchkula, Rohtak.

He said that the Women and Child Development Department should collect all kinds of information about the children from birth to the age of six years. Apart from this, separate frameworks should be prepared by the Employment Department for school education of children in the age group of 6 to 18 years, higher education of youth in the age group of 18 to 25 years and people in the age group of 25 to 60 years. Similarly, 2058 health and wellness centers have been set up to provide e-treatment facilities. Emphasis is being laid on empowering women and increasing their participation.

The Chief Minister said that excellence centers are being set up in the state for skill development. High level training facilities will be available in these. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana will be launched soon in the state under which entrepreneurship will be promoted. World Skill Center is being set up in Gurugram.
