BEIJING, 4 June : China is scheduled to launch a spacecraft on Sunday that will carry three astronauts. The construction work of the country’s space station will be completed through this spacecraft going on a six-month mission, which is currently circling the Earth. CMSA (China Manned Space Agency) made this announcement on Saturday. Astronauts Chen Dong, Liu Yang and Kai Shuzhe will depart from this Shenzhou-14 spacecraft. It will be sent from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on Sunday at 10:44 minutes according to Chinese time.

This team will complete the construction work of China’s space station circling the Earth. According to the information, the Shenzhou-14 spacecraft will carry Chen Dong, Liu Yang and Chai Shuzhe, who will join the Tiangong space station under construction. The Shenzhou-14 spacecraft will be launched into space on a Long March-2F rocket on Sunday from the Jiquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China.

According to the information, last month, a cargo spacecraft from China went to the under-construction space station carrying essential items for the astronauts. The Tianzhou-4 spacecraft was launched on a Long March-7Y5 rocket from the Wenchang Space Launch Center in Hainan Province, China. According to Chinese state media, this spacecraft reached the space station after about seven hours.
According to the information, the cargo spacecraft sent the necessary goods, research equipment and other parts for the three Chinese passengers to stay in space for six months. With its help, Chinese astronauts will also be able to carry out repair work of the space station. China sent its first astronaut into space in 2003 as part of its space program.
