Every eligible beneficiary should get benefits of public welfare schemes: Sanjeev Kaushal

Kaushal informed that Haryana is ahead of other states in settlement of claims under Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. He said that under this scheme in Haryana, patients are getting free treatment without any hassle.

Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal instructed the officers to prepare a master plan to integrate the schemes being run by the state and central government for a common purpose so that every eligible beneficiary can get the benefit of public welfare schemes. Kaushal said that the government is making all out efforts to ensure that no beneficiary is left without getting the benefits of the Jan Kalyankari Yojana.

Kaushal informed that Haryana is ahead of other states in settlement of claims under Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. He said that under this scheme in Haryana, patients are getting free treatment without any hassle. Sanjeev Kaushal said this while presiding over the review meeting of officials of Home, Health, Women and Child Development Department and Education Department.

Kaushal also made a thorough review of the subtleties of cooperation of the School Education Department with the Health Department in Nirogi Haryana Health Scheme. He said that through Nirogi Haryana Health Scheme, 26.64 lakh families and more than 1.06 crore individuals are being covered under this scheme.

Additional Chief Secretary of Home, Jail, Criminal Investigation and Justice Administration Department Mr. TVSN Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary of School Education Department Mr. Mahavir Singh, Additional Chief Secretary of Finance and Planning Department Mr. Anurag Rastogi, Additional Chief Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Department attended the meeting. Chief Secretary Smt. Anupama, Commissioner and Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, Mrs. Amneet P. Kumar, Director and Special Secretary, Medical Education and Research Department, Mr. Aditya Dahiya and other senior officers were present.
