Special doodle on the relationship between father and child
Google has shown through GIF doodles how fathers help their children in their childhood, from painting to learning new things. At the same time, it has also been shown through the doodle that how the child becomes the support of the father’s old age. The doodle depicts two hands, a father’s and a child’s, leaving their handprints (in blue) on a short sheet. The same set of hands is then seen trying to cook the food and then we see the hand of the father holding the child’s hand.
Father’s Day is celebrated on different days in different countries
In most countries, including the United States, Father’s Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June, although in Spain and Portugal, Father’s Day is celebrated on March 19, the day of St. Joseph’s. It is celebrated on 8 August in Taiwan, 5 December in Thailand and 23 February in Russia. Like the United States, India celebrates Father’s Day on the third Sunday of June.
Know the history of Father’s Day
Father’s Day was originally celebrated on July 5, 1908 in West Virginia, United States to commemorate those killed in the tragedy after a fatal mining accident. Father’s Day is one such day of the year when we can honor our special relationship with our father by expressing our undying love throughout the time. From clinging to our father’s shoulders as children to becoming the closest friends as adults, the bond we share with our fathers is beyond words and expressions. In the life of all of us, the function of a father is as a teacher, mentor and most motivator.
