Former CM Vasundhara Raje said – Ashok Gehlot government misusing power
Jaipur, June 3.
Former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has also issued a statement regarding the Rajya Sabha elections to be held in Rajasthan. Raj said that the Gehlot government is misusing the power. The police have been put behind the MLAs of independent and regional parties. This act of the government is astonishing. One police vehicle has been put behind each MLA and they are being chased. This is a complete abuse of power, which has never happened before.
Expressed confidence in the victory of Ghanshyam Tiwari and Subhash Chandra
Raje tweeted that despite the misuse of power by the state government, only Ghanshyam Tiwari and Subhash Chandra would win the election. In her tweet, Vasundhara Raje wrote that many MLAs will rise above the party line and vote for both our candidates and make them victorious.
Vasundhara Raje had marginalized Ghanshyam Tiwari in the past
In the year 2013, when Vasundhara Raje formed the government for the second time. Then Raje had side-lined Ghanshyam Tiwari. Tiwari was not included in the cabinet. Ghanshyam Tiwari was not given place even in the cabinet expansion after two years. After this Ghanshyam Tiwari also became vocal against the state. From the house to the road, Tiwari also gave a sit-in against Vasundhara Raje. After being out of the party for two and a half years, Tiwari returned to the BJP again. Now the high command made him a Rajya Sabha candidate, then Raje came in support of Ghanshyam Tiwari and expressed confidence in his victory.
