Islamabad, June 10: Former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf is admitted in Dubai in a critical condition. He has been ill for a long time. He was admitted to the hospital in a serious condition. He was the President of Pakistan from 2001 to 2008. He is held responsible for the Kargil war. He overthrew the government of Nawaz Sharif.

Rumors of his death are doing the rounds on social media. Some media houses of India ran the news of his death. However, many well-known journalists have told this thing wrong. Pakistani journalist Wajahat Kazmi wrote on Twitter, “Once again the Indian media has run fake news of the death of former President General Pervez Musharraf. I have confirmed from many sources close to him that he is ill but fine. Social Media should refrain from joining the crowd and spreading news without verification.

Recently, a tweet has been made from the Twitter handle of the former President of Pakistan. The tweet read, “He is not on ventilator. He has been hospitalized for the last 3 weeks due to a complication of his disease (Amyloidosis). At present he is going through a difficult time from where his recovery is not possible. The organs have stopped working. Pray for his ease in daily life.”
