It is said that Yuvraj had given his villa on rent without doing the above mentioned things. Now he has been called for personal hearing on 8th December. As per the rules of Goa, first the villa has to be brought under registration and can be given on rent or homestay. This is under the Goa Tourism Trade Act 1982.

Yuvraj Singh has to explain why no punitive action should be taken against him when his villa is also available for online booking. It has been told in the notice that Yuvraj had also made a tweet that his villa was available for booking. At present, Yuvi has been given time till December 8 to respond to the allegations. If they fail to do so, they can also be fined up to one lakh rupees.
