Chandigarh, June 1. Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) National President Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala announced the names of eight candidates for the post of Municipal Council Chairman in different districts of Haryana State. He was accompanied by JJP State President Nishan Singh, National Organization Secretary Rajendra Litani and Press Spokesperson Tarsem Midha.
In the press conference at Chautala House, Barnala Road, JJP National President Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala told that Kavita Rathi wife Praveen Rathi from Bahadurgarh, Anil Sharma son Ramkumar Sharma from Uchana, Vinod Pal son Subhash Chandra from Gharda, Rekha Rani wife Randhir from Cheeka. Singh, Rajni Arora wife Harish Arora from Jind, Shaman Mann wife Devendra Mann from Bhiwani, Gulshan Kwatra son Ramprakash from Shahbad and Kamlesh Saini wife Raghuveer Saini from Narnaul have been declared candidates for the post of chairman. He said that very soon the names of the remaining candidates would also be announced and the responsibility of campaigning would be taken over by the senior functionaries of JJP.
On the question of fielding different candidates on behalf of both the political parties in the civic elections, despite the BJP-JJP alliance, Dr. Chautala said that JJP is still fulfilling its alliance religion with complete honesty. He said that in a democratic system, all political parties have the freedom to take decisions for their bright political future.
He said that of course the opposition parties used to call the BJP-JJP alliance an alliance of only 15 days, but they want to make it clear that the alliance of both the parties will last for a full five years in the assembly. During this, Dr. Ajay Chautala also talked about supporting Karthik Sharma, son of former Union Minister Vinod Sharma, on behalf of JJP as the third candidate for Rajya Sabha from Haryana. Chautala has directed all his office bearers to appeal for votes for their candidates by staying in dignity.
Justifying the concern expressed by Chief Minister Manohar Lal in BJP’s Pragati rally, Dr. Ajay Singh Chautala said that it is a social evil and it can be removed by all together. On Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab, Dr. Chautala said that AAP has not fulfilled any of the announcements made in Punjab so far and it will be clear in the coming 6 months that AAP only believes in announcements. Is. He said that the government is strictly against corruption and no corrupt officer and employee will be spared.
