Due to which the fleet of buses will increase in the roadways and people will be able to travel easily. The facility of charging the buses will be available at the bus stand. Once the battery is charged, the bus will be able to travel up to 200 km. These buses will have the same fare as the already running buses. Whereas in AC buses, the fare will be slightly higher than the normal fare. However, the officials of the Roadways Department also say that the buses will be operated jointly by the Municipal Corporation and the Roadways Department. Out of the 800 buses that the state will get, there will be 600 non AC and 200 AC buses.
