The woman alleged that the CISF officials present at the metro station refused to take any action against the man. The woman said, “It was so horrifying that I didn’t know how to react to these things…. If the CCTV footage was made public, it would have been visible to everyone…how I was stunned. , got scared and ran away as fast as I could, that was my first instinct.

‘It happens all the time and they make Hana…’
The woman said, “It is incompetence or maybe the officers are not trained enough to deal with this situation, despite the fact how many times incidents happened, they try to normalize and justify that. This happens all the time which is not really an excuse. It cannot be accepted.”

‘The incident happened between 1.50 pm to 1.55 pm…’
The woman said, “The incident happened between 1.50 pm to 1.55 pm. The metro station was quite empty except for a few people at that time. It happened on the metro platform. The whole fact that I am traveling in the metro, it is the safest journey. If this happens here also, then what should we do and where should we go.
