A special Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (TADA) court on Wednesday issued production warrant against Yasin Malik in connection with the killing of Indian Air Force personnel. Let us tell you that Yasin Malik is the head of a banned group called Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF). He is accused of being involved in the killing of four Indian Air Force (IAF) personnel in Kashmir in 1990.

Giving information about the order, CBI counsel Monika Kohli said that the TADA court has today issued a production warrant for Yasin Malik. Now the next hearing in the case will be on December 22. Advocate Monica Kohli said that the hearing has now been adjourned till December 22.

Yasin Malik is serving life sentence
Yasin Malik has been sentenced to life imprisonment in the terror funding case. Presently he is lodged in Tihar Jail and serving life sentence. According to media reports, he has been sentenced to life imprisonment twice in two cases.

According to media reports, Rubia was abducted by Malik in 1989 while returning home. Instead, Yasin’s organization demanded the release of five terrorists.
