The search was taken immediately after stopping the boarding
If a senior police officer of IGI is to be believed, then at 6.30 pm, there was information about a bomb in the SpiceJet flight. At the time the information was received, the flight was about to take off and boarding was underway. However, soon after receiving information about the bomb, the officials immediately closed the boarding and called the bomb squad. All passengers and crew members were safely deboarded and brought back to the airport lounge.
