Bhopal, June 22. In order to make smooth arrangements for the students in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has asked to establish such a system in the state in which people do not have to make rounds of government offices for the original residents and caste certificates and land related records. The Chief Minister has also asked to ensure that caste and domicile certificates are given to eligible students in the school itself. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing a review meeting on Single Citizen Database at the residence office.

Chief Minister Shivraj said that a campaign should be launched at the village level to upload the necessary documents of all the people. The Chief Minister said that the people of the state who have got the benefits of various government schemes and those who are remaining, their information should be made available on one platform. Along with this, using the latest technology, develop a system to identify the problems, shortcomings and problems faced by the beneficiaries in the implementation of the schemes. Science and Technology Minister Omprakash Sakhlecha, Chief Secretary Shri Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary General Administration Vinod Kumar, Principal Secretary Finance Shri Manoj Govil, Principal Secretary Science and Technology Shri Amit Rathore, Managing Director Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Limited Nand Kumaram and others Officers were present.

It was told that the basic objective of Single Citizen Database is to create a single citizen database by including the databases of various departments in a holistic manner. E-KYC of registered citizens will be done through the campaign. With this, an overall member will easily get information about the benefits of various schemes availed. By enabling Samagra, services of various departments like registration of Ladli Laxmi Yojana, application for caste certificate etc. can be given. Aadhar reference number, caste and domicile certificate, details of land related information and class 10th and 12th marksheets are being added to the entire database with the aim of including the database of various departments in the whole. So far the mapping has been completed with a total of about 48 lakh caste certificates.

In the meeting, to ensure the use of composite in various beneficiary-oriented schemes, to create a single form to provide the benefits of various schemes, to give the right to provide services of various departments by a level competent officer and complete the process of making marriage certificate. Discussions took place on developing the portal on the Samagra Portal.
