New York, June 08: In the US, New York Governor Kathy Hochul has signed a new law in the wake of increasing incidents of shootings, under which people under the age of 21 will no longer be able to buy semi-automatic guns in the province. New York is the first province in America to take such a big step to prevent incidents of shootings. Hochul signed 10 public safety bills, one of which would require ‘microstamping’ on new firearms.
