Many railway stations of Jharkhand will be modern, there will be facilities like airport. Under the Amrit Bharat scheme, the government has decided to increase the facilities at the station.

Airport-like facilities will be available at Tatanagar railway station. The budget has been approved for increasing the facilities of the station under Amrit Bharat Yojana. Under the scheme, the system of 57 railway stations of Jharkhand will be improved. For this, it is proposed to spend Rs 176.53 crore. In this apart from Tatanagar railway station, stations like Barjamda, Barkakana, Manoharpur, Ghatshila, Chandil, Rajkharsawan, Muri, Sini coming under Chakradharpur division are included. Roof plaza will be made in place of footover bridge at stations. The proposal sent from DRM level has been approved. Tata-Godda train timing changed. The timing of the weekly train from Tatanagar to Godda has been changed from 20 March. Under this, this train will leave at 2.35 pm instead of 2 pm.
Tapaswini and Jagdalpur-Howrah Express will stop at Gadposh station
Railways has issued stoppage order for two pairs of trains at Garhpos station of Chakradharpur division. Under this, from March 19, train number 18451 Hatia Puri Tapaswini Express will reach Gadposh at 8.30 pm after leaving Hatia. After stopping for two minutes, it will leave again. After this, train number 18452 Puri-Hatia Tapaswini Express train will leave from Puri. It will reach Garhpos station at 6.15 am. Will stop for two minutes and leave for their destination.
Similarly, train number 18005 Howrah Jagdalpur Express train will depart from Howrah station. Will arrive near Garhpos at 6.08 am
Will wait a minute. Then she will leave. Similarly, train number 18006 Jagdalpur Howrah Express will depart from Jagdalpur and reach at 8.25 pm on March 19. After stopping for a minute, the train will again leave for the destination. Railways has taken this decision after the ongoing agitations regarding the stoppage of trains in West Singhbhum district. This order has been issued for six months as an experiment.
