Everyone is shocked by the demise of Bollywood’s famous singer KK. People still can’t believe that he is no more with us. While the entire Bollywood is shocked by this news, Sona Mohapatra is also quite shocked. He has demanded death like KK during an interview.
Sona Mohapatra’s statement on KK’s death
Let us tell you that Sona Mohapatra worked with KK on the song ‘Dil Aaj Kal’. He could not believe the news of KK’s death. Sona Mohapatra said during a conversation with Hindustan Times that, ‘Ever since I heard the news of KK’s demise, I am in shock. For 30 seconds my brain stopped working. I want to pass through this life performing in live concerts like this one. I want to wrap up this life in a musical way.
‘KK must be singing even in heaven’
Sharing her memories with KK, Sona continues, “KK was fantastic on stage. He said, ‘Kolkata is lucky to have the privilege of listening to KK live on his last day. I’m sure he must be singing in heaven too. This is a huge loss for the musician community and music lovers.
KK’s final farewell will be on this day
Let us tell you that KK died on the night of Tuesday 31 May. He had a live concert in Kolkata, during which his health suddenly deteriorated. After which he reached the hotel and was taken to the hospital. Doctors declared him brought dead in the hospital. According to the information received, the last rites of KK will be held in Mumbai on 2nd June 2022 i.e. Thursday.
