Voting for the second phase of three-tier panchayat elections in Madhya Pradesh is on July 1 today. Voting will be held from 7 am to 3 pm. Counting of votes will take place at the polling station immediately after voting. In the second phase, voting will be held today for 7655 gram panchayats of 106 district panchayats in 47 districts. In the second phase, there are one crore 31 lakh 44 thousand 27 voters who will choose their leaders. Sensitive polling stations will be closely monitored by the administration. Strictest legal action will be taken against those who obstruct the election work.

23,967 polling stations, 3580 sensitive
23,967 polling stations have been set up in Madhya Pradesh for the second phase of the three-tier panchayat elections. Of these, 3580 polling stations are sensitive. Videography of sensitive polling stations will be done. Mobile parties will also be active here. More than 49,000 policemen have been deployed in 47 districts. Secretary, State Election Commission, Rakesh Singh has appealed to the people of the state to vote fearlessly. Strict action has been taken against those who obstruct the election work in the first phase. This time also, if the election work is obstructed, then strictest action will be taken after identifying the identified persons.
