Journey to JNU decided after a lot of struggle

Adarsh ​​Kumar, a resident of Chhaprapur village of Bhojpur district, has struggled a lot in his life to reach JNU. Adarsh’s father Satyend Kumar and elder brother Pritam Kumar are daily wage laborers and also do farming. And his mother is a housewife. The financial condition of the family was not good, Adarsh ​​had a big dream. He had dreamed of becoming an army officer in his childhood. He has been preparing since childhood to make his dream come true.

Adarsh ​​had secured 75 percent marks while passing the 10th examination from the government school of Narayanpur. Then he turned to Arwal for higher education and took admission in 11th class in Fatehpur Sanda College there. Study up to 12th from here. Due to not being able to study in college, he continued his studies with the help of coaching and passed the 12th examination with 58 percent marks in science stream. Then he took admission in Math Honors from Magadh University for graduation, whose batch was from 2018 to 2021. Even after completion of almost 4 years, only part one exam has been conducted.

While talking to the media, Adarsh ​​told that he got upset due to not getting the graduation degree even after 4 years. He used to achieve success in the graduate level exam, but could not reach the destination due to lack of degree. They also did protests etc because of their problems. He was also a victim of police brutality but the issue was not resolved. He told that the biggest problem is that Magadh University does not have a permanent Vice Chancellor, due to which no decision is taken in favor of the student.

Adarsh ​​said that the sessions are running late due to non-availability of a permanent vice-chancellor. The course to be completed in 2021 has not been completed yet. Not only this, the result of the students of the year 2017-2020 session is still pending. Around 90 thousand students are waiting for their results. Seeing all these problems, he took the migration and gave the CUT exam and got admission in JNU for Japanese language.

Adarsh ​​is very happy to get admission in JNU, he told that after passing 12th, he moved to Delhi in 2018 to give SSB of NDA, but could not clear the interview due to weak English. After that he decided to stay in Delhi and prepare for competitive exams. Living and eating in Delhi was very expensive. That’s why Adarsh ​​contacted the people of Bihar living there and worked with them as laborers in the factory. It was becoming difficult to study along with working, so he went back. Adarsh ​​wanted to become a defense officer but according to the NDA, the age has passed. That’s why now Adarsh ​​is busy preparing for UPSC.
