MP News: The Aam Aadmi Party has submitted a memorandum on administrative apathy regarding the historical and tourist places of Betul. Emphasizing that the Aam Aadmi Party has seriously raised the demand of the district administration to make tourist places at natural places. Aam Aadmi Party workers have drawn attention to this by handing over a memorandum to the Chief Minister and the Tourism Minister to the district administration to preserve and save the historical places of the city. He even warned of an indefinite agitation for the rights of the people.

Khedla fort raised demand
The demand to make Khedla Fort and other natural places tourist places was raised by Acting Assembly Speaker Keenan Arya under the banner of Aam Aadmi Party. In the memorandum submitted to the district administration, he told that Khedla Fort is a historical and natural place of hundreds of years old in Betul district. Around which there are dozens of villages, where there is a sizeable population, which is located just 4 to 5 kilometers away from Betul city, such as Marukh’s waterfall, Dharkhoh’s waterfall and Jungle Sarni, Satpura’s forest and Satpura’s Wadia Dame, Sapna Dame etc. are of nature. Beauty is there. But even today our present and new young generation are deprived of the history and surrounding areas of such historical and cultural place and gradually all these are on the verge of extinction.

No option other than Nehru Park
In the memorandum, the Aam Aadmi Party workers raised questions before the government and said that we want to inform the administration that what all the political parties have given to Betul city till date except one Nehru Park in the name of tourism. Aam Aadmi Party workers urged the administration that the memorandum submitted by them should not be considered as just a piece of paper, this is the voice of the people of Betul, it should be taken into cognizance and the fort and other historical places should be restored under immediate provisions. should be made a great tourist destination. Otherwise, the Aam Aadmi Party will be independently ready to do an indefinite movement for the rights of the people.
