Naib Tehsildar’s reader was taking bribe for transfer, Lokayukta caught

Bhind, 6 June. Reader of Naib Tehsildar has been caught by the Lokayukta team while taking a bribe of ₹ 10000 on Monday. Reader of Naib Tehsildar was taking this bribe from a farmer in exchange for the conversion. The farmer had complained about this to Lokayukta, Gwalior. After this, the team of Lokayukta Gwalior caught the bribe taker Babu while planning.
The farmer had applied in the tehsil to divide
Farmer Netram Kushwaha of Tudila village had applied for the division of his father’s and uncle’s land in the tehsil, but no work was being done on his application here. After which when Netram contacted Naib Tehsildar’s reader Manish Sharma, Manish Sharma demanded a bribe of ₹ 15,000 in return for his work.
Netram complains of bribery to Gwalior Lokayukta
When the reader asked for a bribe of ₹ 15000 from Netram Kushwaha, Netram went directly to the Gwalior Lokayukta and here he told the reader about the demand for bribe. After this the team of Gwalior Lokayukta started taking action in this matter.
Talk of bribery being recorded in tape recorder
The Lokayukta team gave a tape recorder to Netram Kushwaha. In this tape recorder Netram Kushwaha recorded the conversation of bribe transaction with Manish Sharma and on the basis of this recorded conversation the Lokayukta team registered a case against the reader Manish Sharma and after that made a plan to catch him.
The bribe was taken by sitting in his car, Lokayukta caught
According to the plan of the Lokayukta team, Netram Kushwaha reached Gohad with a bribe of ₹ 10000. Here reader Manish Sharma took ₹ 10000 of bribe by sitting in his private car. After this Netram got down from the car. On receiving the signal, the team of Lokayukta caught the reader Manish Sharma.
