Most of the newly elected sarpanches of Haryana will work with the government to get development work done in their respective panchayats. Sarpanchs have started increasing closeness with the government after the victory. While the sarpanches of South Haryana had met Chief Minister Manohar Lal in Gurugram 3 days ago, the sarpanches of two assembly constituencies reached out to Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala. Sarpanchs have expressed their faith in the coalition government. Along with this, he also kept his point for development works.
Sarpanch-Panch belonging to JJP of Nilokhedi constituency of Karnal district met the Deputy Chief Minister under the leadership of Vinod, the head of the constituency on Tuesday. In the meeting at his residence, Dushyant Chautala fed him sweets and wished him well. Several sarpanches of Kiloi constituency of Rohtak district also met the Deputy CM at his residence in Chandigarh on Tuesday itself.
Minister of State Anup Dhanak was also present on this occasion. All the sarpanchs introduced themselves and requested for cooperation in the development works. The newly elected sarpanch of Nilokhedi constituency met the deputy CM in Chandigarh on Tuesday late evening itself. During this, independent MLA from Nilokhedi Dharampal Gondar was also present. He thanked the Deputy CM for making Nilokhadi a sub-division.
