NIA: Chargesheet filed against 5 including Dawood, Chhota Shakeel-Salim Fruit in terror funding, big action against D-company

NIA action against D-company: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against Arif Abubakar Shaikh, Shabbir Abubakar Shaikh and Mohammad Salim Qureshi alias Salim Fruit, arrested in the case related to the activities of D-Company and Don Dawood Ibrahim. Two wanted accused Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar and Shakeel Sheikh alias Chhota Shakeel have also been named in this chargesheet. The NIA has given this information on Saturday.
The NIA investigation found that the accused persons are members of terrorist gang and an organized crime syndicate D-Company. He had conspired to further the criminal activities of the gang by carrying out various types of illegal activities.

25 lakh reward announced for Dawood Ibrahim
Earlier, the NIA had announced a cash reward for providing information about underworld gangster Dawood Ibrahim and his ‘D’ company gang’s people. NIA had announced a reward of 25 lakhs for underworld gangster Dawood Ibrahim. The NIA had said that Dawood Ibrahim has created a unit in India to smuggle arms, explosives, drugs and Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) for his associates in the investigation related to ‘D’ Company, Ibrahim’s gang. It also plans to carry out terrorist attacks in collaboration with Pakistani agencies and terrorist organizations.
