Piyush Goyal said – Kejriwal government spent crores on advertisement, did not give money for tunnel

New Delhi: Although the Arvind Kejriwal government of Delhi spends crores on advertising every month, but when it comes to the development of Delhi, it starts having problems in spending money. On Sunday, PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the tunnel to facilitate traffic at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. Now Union Minister Piyush Goyal has alleged that for this, 20 percent of the amount was to be given to the Kejriwal government, but he did not give it and the central government had to bear the entire expenditure. After this allegation, now there is a possibility of a verbal war between the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Piyush Goyal said that the Kejriwal government has not done any work on providing basic facilities in Delhi. He said that the Modi government has done the work of providing relief to the people of Delhi. Goyal said thousands of liters of fuel was spent every year due to the jam in Pragati Maidan area. Now the people of Delhi will be able to save fuel worth Rs 100 crore every year due to the construction of the tunnel. This will also help in preventing pollution. PM Narendra Modi also said this at the inauguration of the tunnel yesterday.
