Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Bangalore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Bengaluru on Friday, November 11. On this occasion, PM Modi is going to give many big gifts to Bangalore. Will inaugurate Terminal 2 at Bengaluru Kempegowda International Airport built at a cost of Rs 5,000 crore. Apart from this, a 108-feet bronze statue of Bengaluru founder Nadaprabhu Kempegowda will be unveiled. At the same time, the first Vande Bharat train of South India will also be flagged off. The state-of-the-art technology-built Bengaluru Terminal Airport will inaugurate Terminal 2. A 218-tonne (98-tonne bronze and 120-tonne steel) statue with a 4-tonne sword has been installed at the Kempegowda International Airport. The statue has been designed by renowned sculptor and Padma Bhushan awardee Ram Vanji Sutar. Sutar is the same artist who made the ‘Statue of Unity’ in Gujarat and the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the Legislative Assembly of Bangalore.
