This film, made on the mutual love of two boys and the struggle and pain between the family, was also appreciated by the people. It features two gay boys, who are in a relationship with each other.
Made under the banner of Junglee Pictures, Badhaai Do is directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni. Rajkurrar Rai played the role of gay and Bhumi Pednekar as a lesbian in the film. The film has depicted such a sensitive issue, in which the actors not only talk about the challenges of gay and lesbian, but also try to give a new perspective to the people.
