Giving information in this regard, C.I.A. Inspector Kikkar Singh, in-charge of Staff Moga told that when Assistant SHO Ashok Kumar and Assistant SHO Kewal Singh were patrolling late night near village Khukhrana along with the police party, on the basis of suspicion, Sukhwinder Singh alias Bindra resident of the village riding on a motorcycle without number.
