Rajasthan: The Rajasthan government is realizing the dream of a woman who was injured in the 26/11 terror attack, to have a house. Rahul Gandhi said this on Saturday. This woman later became a witness in this case. In a tweet, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi said that at the age of nine, Devika Rotwan was injured in the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai and then became a witness in the case to ensure justice for the country.

Gandhi said in a tweet in Hindi that recently he also participated in the Bharat Jodo Yatra. Rahul said, “Respecting his patriotism, the Rajasthan government is realizing his dream of having a house of his own. Proud of you Devika.

The terrorists who came from Pakistan terrorized Mumbai that day. Devika Rotavan (then 9 years 11 months old) became the youngest witness of this attack, on whose identity Kasab was hanged.

Devika told that on November 26, 2008, when she was in Mumbai, Kasab shot her in the leg. Many years after the incident, Devika said in an interview, “After that attack, it was as if our life had come to a standstill. Neighbors and relatives had also started keeping distance due to the fear of terrorists. We were not even getting a house to live. Papa used to do a small job. Brother was also not getting work.
