New Delhi, June 10: Voting is going on in Haryana today (June 10) for the Rajya Sabha elections. Voting is being held for two Rajya Sabha seats in Haryana in the Chandigarh Assembly Complex. Meanwhile, it has been claimed that Congress MLA from Adampur Kuldeep Bishnoi has done cross-voting. Independent MLA Randhir Golan has spoken of two Congress MLAs not voting for their party candidate. Congress MP Deepender Hooda has expressed confidence on Kuldeep Bishnoi to be with the party.

After voting in Chandigarh, independent Haryana MLA Randhir Golan said, Kuldeep Bishnoi is upset with the Congress, he will not vote for them. Another Congress MLA is also not going to vote for the party but I will not take his name. He said that all the 6 independent MLAs of the state have voted for the BJP.
MP Deepender Hooda, who was present with the Congress MLAs in Chandigarh, said that the party is united and Ajay Maken will win in this Rajya Sabha election. On Kuldeep Bishnoi, Hooda said that he is a Congress MLA and I believe he has voted for Congress.
Interesting contest on the second seat of Rajya Sabha in Haryana
There is an election for 2 seats of Rajya Sabha in Haryana. Krishan Lal Panwar from BJP, Ajay Maken from Congress and Kartikeya Sharma are in fray as independents for two seats. In terms of the number of MLAs, one seat BJP’s Krishnalal is winning comfortably. On the other hand, there is a fierce fight between Ajay Maken of Congress and Karthikeya Sharma, a businessman associated with the media sector, for the second seat.
Kuldeep can spoil the game of Congress
Every candidate needs 31 votes to go to Rajya Sabha from Haryana, which has 90 assembly seats. BJP has 40 MLAs, it is clear that one candidate of BJP is sure to win. At the same time, Congress has 31 MLAs, which is enough for one seat. But Kuldeep Bishnoi and another are reported to be upset. If this happens then Congress may face trouble as Congress does not have any other MLA. JJP, BJP and party and independent are with MLA Kartikeya Sharma. In such a situation, cross voting on behalf of Congress MLAs can defeat Ajay Maken.
