Chhattisgarh has made its reach in the first place by performing better across the country in resolving public grievances online. According to the information received, Chhattisgarh has been appreciated for this achievement in the meeting of the Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances Department of the Government of India. Chhattisgarh has been shown in the first place with the resolution of 97 percent of the applications received in CPGRAMS, the portal made for redressal of public grievances of the Government of India. The state government has also been appreciated for quality redressal. In Chhattisgarh, out of 62 thousand 738 applications received for the last five years till June 3, 2022, 60 thousand 998 applications have been disposed of.

Officials of the Government of Chhattisgarh said that for the immediate redressal of public grievances in the state, frequent meetings are held by the Chief Secretary of the state and necessary guidelines and guidance are given to the departmental officers. Every day from 12 noon to 1 pm, hearing is done through video conferencing to resolve the registered cases. For this every day eight district headquarters are connected with the state ministry through video conferencing. In video conferencing, applicants from remote districts also present their point of view. The online portal of the Government of India is CPGRAMS (Pgportal). In which online complaint can be filed. Their respective applications are transferred online to the state governments. The cases of this portal are reviewed from time to time by the Public Grievances and Administrative Reforms Department of the Government of India and the Prime Minister’s Office. This information has been given by the Government of India during the review meeting of all the states of the country.
