RERA handed over the command to ARG Group to complete the work of multi-storey housing project

Jaipur, 4 June.
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has handed over the command to ARG Group to complete the multi-storey residential project being built near Gopalpura flyover on Tonk Road. The developer will have to do the outstanding work in 150 days to get the domicile certificate, failing which RERA will be able to take possession of the project.
Then the work of this project will be completed through the government agency (Rajasthan Housing Board and other agencies), private developers. RERA has given this decision on the petition of ARG Argus Association. RERA has also allowed the developer to issue receipt, possession letter, NOC and to do banking related work. Group chairman Atmaram Gupta told that the work will be completed within the stipulated time frame.
5 lakh fine imposed: The third supplementary agreement between the developer and the land owner has been considered a violation of the RERA Act. For this a fine of Rs 5 lakh has been imposed on the developer.
Details of work to be given every month
The developer will have to hold meetings with the association officials every month. In this the land owner, bank representative will also be called. Details of project work to be given. The land owner will have to hand over the project to the developer within 7 days.
