The Supreme Court will hear the petition on the security of the ‘Shivling’ found in the Gyanvapi Masjid complex of Varanasi at 3 pm on Friday. The Supreme Court says that a bench will be constituted to hear the matter. Advocate Vishnu Jain, appearing for the Hindu side, said that the order for protection of Shivling is only till November 12, which was given by the Supreme Court in May. The Supreme Court asked what was the order given by the lower court in November 7? To this Vishnu Jain said that the petition of the Muslim side was rejected by the trial court and the petition was considered maintainable. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said that a new bench will have to be formed for protection. The new bench will hear the matter tomorrow at 3 pm.

Let us tell you, the Hindu side has reached the Supreme Court seeking to pursue the interim order issued by the Supreme Court regarding the protection and security of the alleged Shivling found in the Gyanvapi Masjid complex.
