Bad news has come for the fans of South Africa cricket team, whose young fast bowler Mondali Khumalo has gone into a coma due to an accident. The 20-year-old fast bowler, who was part of the South African cricket team in the 2020 Under-19 World Cup, arrived at a pub in Bristol’s Bridgewater on Saturday night for a weekend, where he was hospitalized after being victimized by a violent incident outside the pub. Had to be admitted. According to sources, the cricketer had bleed due to an internal injury to his brain and due to this he had to undergo two surgeries and his condition is still critical.
Khumalo was playing his first professional overseas tournament for North Petherton Cricket Club. According to ESPNcricinfo, Khumalo signed up with South Africa’s Kwa-Zulu Natal Inland and was on the weekend to celebrate his team’s victory, where the untoward incident took place.

According to reports, Khumalo was found lying unconscious outside the scene and an emergency medical call caught everyone’s attention. Meanwhile, a 27-year-old man has been taken into custody for assaulting Khumalo. Considering the gravity of the incident, Khumalo’s mother has flown to the UK.
North Petherton Cricket Club and Khumalo’s agent Rob Humphries while talking to ESPN Cricinfo told about Mondly and said that Mondly is a very kind person. His mother does not understand how something like this can happen to him. Everyone in North Petherton loves him and he is a really wonderful kid. He was having a great time here and bowled brilliantly and became the best part of the club.
