Saket Mishra, Special Advisor to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, met Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his camp office on Tuesday. He inspected the performance of Village Secretariat, Rythu Bharosa Kendra (RBK), Wellness Centre, Dr. YSR Sanchar Pasu Arogya Sewa Kendra Vanukuru, Penamalur Mandal, Krishna District. Later he shared his views with the Chief Minister.

Saket Mishra said that he has come to study the initiatives being taken by the Chief Minister in the fields of education, health and agriculture which are praiseworthy. Mishra described village secretariats as a revolutionary and great concept. The development and welfare programs implemented in Andhra Pradesh should be published and publicized so that other states may come to know about them. He said that this would also give an opportunity to other states to take better aspects and benefit from them.

He said that he is also impressed with the system of providing drones to the farmers. On RBK, he said that they have become a single point resource center across the state for the needs of farmers in the supply and sale of seeds. It is a very good concept that farmers can do pre-registration through e-cropping and also know what quantity they are selling and what rate they are getting at the time of crop sale. Special Chief Secretary to Chief Minister Poonam Malkondaiah and other officers were also present.
