This video has been shared from the Instagram account named Saumilvlogs. A user named Saumil Agarwal is telling that I agree that sometimes flights get delayed. But bringing passengers from the boarding gate and then closing the flight gates and then leaving them stranded in the middle is not at all right.

Answered on asking for water

The passengers asked for the boarding gate to be opened so that they could go to the waiting area. So the staff flatly refused. After that he was not seen anywhere. Then when water was asked for the elderly people, water was also not available. All the passengers were stuck there for more than an hour. After this, when people asked the staff for how long they would have to stay like this, they had no answer.

Passengers stranded for hours

Please tell that all these passengers were going from Delhi to Bangalore by SpiceJet flight. But in the middle of the journey, he was stuck there for more than an hour. Meanwhile, there was no communication with the staff.

flight crew clarified

According to a report in NDTV, the flight crew told that the flight was delayed due to bad weather. After which the crew members had to work longer than the duty time. He said that after passing the security, the passengers were asked to wait at the aerobridge.
