After West Bengal, now the case of stone pelting on Vande Bharat train has come to the fore in Andhra Pradesh. Stones have been pelted on the Vande Bharat train in Visakhapatnam in the state. It is being told that this incident happened during maintenance. Divisional Railway Manager Anoop Kumar Satpathy said that the windshield of a coach of Vande Bharat Express was damaged due to stone pelting near Kanchrapalem in Visakhapatnam. Further investigation is underway. He said that at 6:30 pm, someone pelted stones at the Vande Bharat train in Visakhapatnam, due to which 2 window panes were completely shattered and needed to be replaced. This is very unfortunate. Divisional Railway Manager said that we have identified some suspects. RPF is keeping an eye on them. CCTV footage will be scanned and strict action will be taken against the culprits.

On the other hand, before this, the case of stone pelting on Vande Bharat Express has come to the fore twice in West Bengal. The windows of the train were damaged by stone pelting. The officer who reached the information has started the investigation of the case. According to information, stones were pelted at C14 compartment of Vande Bharat. Due to which its glass was broken. After the stone pelting, the train had to be stopped at Bolpur railway station for a long time.
Even before this, stones were pelted on this high speed train. Some unidentified people pelted stones at the Vande Bharat Express running between Howrah to New Jalpaiguri. The glasses of coaches C3 and C6 of the high speed train were damaged due to stone pelting. The RPF commandant had said that the windows were found damaged when the train was moving towards New Jalpaiguri near Phansidewa area of Darjeeling district.
