Sharad Yadav, a seven-time Lok Sabha and three-time Rajya Sabha MP, has a daughter, Subhashini Yadav, and a son, Shantanu Yadav. Shantanu Yadav is studying in London, while Subhashini Yadav is active here in the country’s politics like her father. Subhashini Yadav had joined the Congress two years ago and contested from the Bihariganj assembly seat in Bihar. However, she had to face defeat in this election and came third.

She became a part of this journey in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana and also shared pictures on social media. Recently, when she joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra with Rahul Gandhi in Delhi, she said while talking to the media that our yatra has reached Delhi and now we will hoist the tricolor by taking out a yatra in Kashmir. Subhashini Yadav said that no power in the world can stop us from hoisting the tricolor in Kashmir.
