Subhashini has contested assembly elections from Bihariganj
On Thursday at around 11 pm, Subhashini Yadav tweeted and said, ‘Papa is no more’. Sharad Yadav, a seven-time Lok Sabha and three-time Rajya Sabha MP, has a daughter, Subhashini Yadav, and a son, Shantanu Yadav. Shantanu Yadav is studying in London, while Subhashini Yadav is active here in the country’s politics like her father. Subhashini Yadav had joined the Congress two years ago and contested from the Bihariganj assembly seat in Bihar. However, she had to face defeat in this election and came third.
Subhashini’s in-laws house is connected with politics
Subhashini Yadav’s in-laws are also associated with politics and she is married to Rajkamal Rao, son of Kamalveer Singh, who was the state president of JDU in Haryana. Rajkamal Rao appeared with his father-in-law Sharad Yadav on several occasions in the past, after which speculations started about him. Subhashini Yadav, who holds an MBA degree in Marketing from IILM, Gurugram in Haryana, is now being touted as the political successor of her father Sharad Yadav.
‘No force can stop the hoisting of the tricolor in Kashmir’
Subhashini Yadav is currently actively participating in Congress’ Bharat Jodo Yatra. She became a part of this journey in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana and also shared pictures on social media. Recently, when she joined the Bharat Jodo Yatra with Rahul Gandhi in Delhi, she said while talking to the media that our yatra has reached Delhi and now we will hoist the tricolor by taking out a yatra in Kashmir. Subhashini Yadav said that no power in the world can stop us from hoisting the tricolor in Kashmir.
