Thane Police registers case against Nupur Sharma for commenting on Prophet Muhammad
Thane, 07 June: The trouble of former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, who commented on Prophet Muhammad, is not taking its name to stop. Now the police have registered a case against Nupur Sharma for her controversial religious remarks. After this the police department has started the investigation. State Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil told that a decision will be taken on further action against Nupur.

All India Progressive Muslim Welfare Committee has registered this case at Ambernath police station. The committee filed a complaint against suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma for registering an FIR under sections 153A, 153B, 295(A) for her controversial religious remarks. After which this case has been registered.
