The leg was lost in the accident, now this three-legged dog saved 64 lives, got this special award

In fact, the dog who grew up in the greyhound racing industry lost his leg in an accident on the track just before his second birthday. Due to this accident, the leg which was injured and its leg was amputated. The racing career of this dog named Yohan ended after this but his life did not end there.

This noble new beginning in life after leg amputation
This was not the end of Johan’s life, it was a new beginning. After his racing career ended, he started a new job with the help of his Scottish owner, Amanda Wells. Since he still had a healthy body and heart, he became a blood donor with only three legs and the dog has donated blood 16 times to Pet Blood Bank UK to help save the lives of 64 other dogs.

Honored with The Bramble Craddock Award
Yohan, a three-legged rescue dog, has received a special award for helping save 64 lives by donating blood. Yohan and Amanda were honored with The Bramble Craddock Award on 26 May. This award is given to people and dogs who put in the extra effort to save lives.
