In the midst of Bharat Jodo Yatra, a letter has been issued by the Congress. This letter will be distributed throughout the country on January 26 during the ‘Hath Se Hath Jodo’ campaign. In this letter, Rahul Gandhi has shared his experience during his Bharat Jodo Yatra. In the letter he said, “This has been my penance. I understand that my personal and political journey is one. To give voice to the voiceless, to be the weapon of the weak, to lead India from darkness to light, from hatred to love, from pain to prosperity.”

In December 2022, the party announced that a massive campaign called ‘Hath Se Hath Jodo’ would be launched on Republic Day for the next two months, similar to the Bharat Jodo Yatra. Mallikarjun Kharke had given the information about the issue of Rahul Gandhi’s letter in the first meeting after becoming the president.

In this campaign, Congress party workers/members will cover about 2.5 lakh gram panchayats, 6 lakh villages and more than 10 lakh polling stations. Mahila Yatra and Padyatra will be taken out in every state capital to strengthen the party.
