Hyderabad, Nov 10 : State Planning Board Deputy Chairman Boinpalli Vinod Kumar found fault with Prime Minister Narendra Modi for attending the inaugural program of Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited without inviting Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for the program on November 12. Vinod Kumar alleged that the way the Prime Minister is ignoring the Chief Minister and not following the norms of protocol while visiting Telangana shows the narrow mindset of Narendra Modi.
